Access Hogan Homes (AHH) are leaders in providing quality Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services. Whether you are a participant in need of SDA housing, a landlord looking for SDA property management or you are looking to collaborate on a new SDA project, AHH are specialists in the SDA sector.

AHH founder Vilay Hogan, through her own personal journey, experienced the challenges that can be faced when sourcing disability accommodation. Tragically, her brother was involved in a car accident that left him a quadriplegic. In the following two years, Vilay was unable to find suitable independent living arrangements for him.

This sparked a passion in Vilay for creating specialized homes for people with differing needs.

Through both her personal and professional experience, Vilay now extends her work in the sector under her organization Access Hogan Homes (AHH). The organisation was born out of necessity, passion and drive.

AHH  offer Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for those participants who are eligible for SDA funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). As well as providing property management services for landlords, investors, and property owners.
